Abandoned Places focuses on horror, weird fiction, and obscure works. If it’s bizarre, I’m interested. Lately I’ve been reviewing lots of graphic novels, but I’ve reviewed kaiju movies, giallo, short stories, novels, true crime, Victorian ghost stories, etc., etc., etc.
Please note that my reviews may contain spoilers. Since I mostly review older works, this shouldn’t be an issue – but consider yourself warned. I don’t write hit pieces. Reading about me watching dreck can be entertaining, but I’m the one who has to watch/read/consume it.
